i can t login connect

hello, since the modem changed in my house I can not connect more to sl, some say it is a modem or server problem, the server is fibertel and the modem is sagemcom. Is there any solution? Thank you

It sounds as if you have already narrowed down the problem. Unplug both the modem and the router from the power for at least a minute.  Then start everything up again.  Avoid using a wifi connection if at all possible.  Connect to the router from your computer with a cable instead.  Consider adding the free Google DNS server to whatever your router already has in its list.
