One of my alts can't get past 'loading world' at login

I have 3 alts and when logging in with one of them, Firestorm stops responding at 'Loading World'.  My other two accounts log in just fine.

How do I fix the account that keeps getting stalled at 'Loading World'?

I suspect the problem is this Intel driver bug: BUG-225655 - Viewer freezes while "Loading world..." - Intel HD 620 / Intel HD 630, Windows 10.

It's an odd issue - whether the viewer freezes depends what your avatars baked textures are - so it depends what you are wearing & so can only affect some accounts.

In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Gelp -> About Firestorm.
Click the "Copy to clipboard" button & paste all your system information here.
