Grandfathered regions - full tenancy

We are considering selling several rental sims to the right purchaser. These are already occupied with the tenants paying more than the monthly tier, and room for more! We just don't have time to continue managing them and would like to move on to other things. We would really like to ensure the tenants aren't moved out, so don't want to sell as just empty regions. We also put a great deal of time and advertising dollars into getting the rentals full, so are looking for more than the going rate for an empty grandfathered region.

These are all grandfathered regions, and the tier is currently covered by tenants, most of them stable. There is a small profit in each region and prims and space left to expand on that. They are set to 30,000 land impact currently. It is possible to earn a few hundred dollars a month from each region, if managed well.

This is perfect for someone who is in SL a lot every day, who likes to help people, and who has some money to invest in a project that they can turn around and make some extra income from.
