Transferring inventory to another premium account?

ETA: Why cancel one Premium account to open another? Just create another avatar (an "alt") and use IT as your main. The original will still be there for you to go back to in the future if you want to.

You can only transfer items that are transferable.   Items that are no transfer cannot be moved across to another account.

It makes no difference if the other account is basic or premium or if you own it or not, the same rules applies to all accounts. Only objects with transfer perms can be transferred.
