Belling Issue

Question

I can't buy lindens for a reason I don't know . I used my MasterCard several times and bought many lindens before but suddenly I acn't buy and I get a message (( You payment canceled )) and I snt three tickets at Wednesday and Thursday but no answer in my Email . I don't know who I can ask to solve this issue when they didn't respond my tickets

It's not a prepaid card or a debit card, is it?  Those rarely work, even if they may have worked in the past.

it is MasterCard not debit card . and I was easily using it without any problems from a year and more but suddenly doesn't work

And it is not a prepaid MasterCard?  If it is a regular card and you are having problems, call the Linden Lab billing office :

yes not prepaid MasterCard and I will try to call them Rolig . thank you :)
