Loss of more than half of my inventory... with singularity viewer :-(

Hi everybody!!  I have a big problem, I could not solve,

since more than 1 week i lost more than the half of all my inventory items!!  No idea how this could happen.

I use singularity viewer.

I made everything possible to solve, but did not succeed!!

If I use Firestorm, all my inventory items are ok!!, but I love singularity, and would miss it!!

Can someone help me?   thank you very much!!

Make sure you have the most up to date version of Singularity, if all your items are there in other viewers then it is strange for them to not return after logging in somewhere else. Have you tried the SL viewer and then back to Singularity ? 

I wish you luck but honestly inventory over viewer all the time

There is a file that can cause this. It becomes corrupted in the viewer. If you can see in Firestorm then that is probably your issue. I can't find the correct Firestorm wiki page but if you chat up the Firestorm folks they can likely point you to the inventory loss page. The file name was a fair ways down on the "todo" list of that page when I had the problem. 

Really an easy fix, when you know what's going on.

Try clearing your cache on Singularity.
In the top menu bar of the viewer, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Network.
Click the "Clear Cache" button.
Restart the viewer & login to a low lag location & wait for your inventory to fetch.
