   Aye, or how a Swede might refer to Finland as 'Östra Rikshalvan' ('the eastern half of the kingdom').

   The Swedish Empire at it's peak, 1658. Finland ('The Grand Duchy of Finland') was part of Sweden from 1157-1809.
