need help with knowing why i can't buy any Rainworx Labs Avatars in Marketplace

What message do you get?  Do you have enough L$?  Is it possible the merchant has blocked you?

Worked fine for me or at least it added it to my cart for delivery. Merchants can now block people from buying their items, so you might contact the creator -- unless of course you are blocked from IMs LOL --=- in that case, their is your answer. If you are blocked you might be able to get someone to gift it to you. I have no idea how the blocking thing works (new) on the Marketplace and hopefully will never need to know :D.

How hard is it to tell us what error message you get when you try to purchase the item and it doesn't go through? We are not mind readers.

The MP will not gift an item to you if the creator has blocked you - one of the things Dakota mentioned in her post about it.

Very likely you are also on their Block list then and that would be why you cannot complete the MP purchase.  It will let you put the items in your cart, but it will not let you actually buy them, nor will the MP system let anyone gift them to you.

This message means that the seller has added you to their inworld block list, which automatically blocks you from buying at their MP store.

If blocked then blocked. Gifting will not work, either (as per the official announcement about this feature). This is to protect the buyer because even if blocked, you can still send money (and not receive what you paid for).

This is such a miracle, I can’t believe it. Finally, we are not forced to do business with people.  We can make that choice just like the buyers can! 🗽

I concur. If not only for merchants have this type of control then especially for buy-protection. What took so long for such a feature to be thought of, much less: implemented, is the real surprise here. Things that make you go hmmmm....

It is a good thing, although the message is vague, so there will be a lot of angst in the coming years on the forums

I agree it would be best to inform that they have been banned from buying.

By block list do you mean ban or mute? I usually wait a while after banning before I mute, may not always do both.
