2592 sqm land by the beach to rent at 1000 L per week

Hello Everyone, 

Currently have a very lovely spacious area by the sea to rent out. This area is mostly flat but slopes ever so slightly as it stretches out towards the sea, which makes it all the more attractive. The initial payment per week is 1000 Lindens although I like to do a discount if the tenant pays 1 month upfront, giving back 1 weeks worth of rent. The prim count available stands at 591, although this can increase depending on further discussion, if the tenant needs more prims.
