Come live out your life at Les Eclaireurs Coast - a new RP sim that gives you the chance to meet new people, go for an art show, attend lectures, go shopping or simply chill on the beach. The place has a few standalone bungalows, beach houses, and a couple of flats in a townhouse available for rent. Rents range between L$350-L$400 (300 prims) with the possibility to upgrade your prim allowance at an additional fee. 

We plan to organise activities such as art and photography exhibitions, music programmes, beach parties, and more. There's a club on the region that will soon be functional. And if you're looking to sell your creations, we've got commercial space too. There are cute store spaces that you can rent for L$100/week (200 prims)
