Bought New Clothes But Can't Find Them Now

They could be listed amongst your regular folders in your main inventory page, or in the  folder labeled "objects"

If you remember the name of the item, you can type that in the top of your inventory window and it will bring it up and the location :)

In your inventory window, there is a tab labeled "Recent."  Any new items that have come in since you last logged on will be here.

If you need to go back farther, you can open the filters window to help.  The tiny gear icon at the bottom left of the inventory side panel has some useful tools including show new inventory window ... but what you want now is Show Filters.  Here you can turn on and of displaying certain types and also choose whether recent is last log in or within some time frame; from hours or even days.  When you are done, just reset the filters to default from the little gear icon.

Hello. At first open the second tab of your inventory called "Recent" and check out if you can find them there. Usually you see a box. If you reloged, look into the folder called "Objects" in your main inventory.

If you are sure that you can't find them, open your dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> and check out if your purchases have been delivered. If not, normally you must to wait up to 24 hours. If this time expires, you can start to worry. Then the best you can do is to submit a ticket https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened and wait for a reply.

If you purchased the clothes by a store in world, go back find the owner or a manager there, report the problem and ask politely for redelivery. If you can't find someone open your dashboard --> Account on the left --> Transcaction History --> take a copy of your last transactions --> create a notecard --> paste there --> send the notecard at the merchant asking  for support. Good luck.
