Whirly Fizzle Posted March 1, 2019 Share Posted March 1, 2019 Hiya Deco, Please can you file a JIRA issue for this crash. The easiest way to do this is to go to the top menu bar of the viewer, Help -> Report a bug. This will open up the JIRA issue submission for & will automatically include all your system information. Just fill the form out & then click the "Create" button at the bottom of the form. You can then find your JIRA issue listed in the activity stream of your JIRA profile at https://jira.secondlife.com/secure/ViewProfile.jspa Once the issue is filed, the next time you reproduce this viewer crash, click the "Close program" box that windows pops up shown in your above image and then BEFORE you relaunch the viewer, zip up the viewer logs folder & attach the zipped logs to your JIRA issue using More Actions -> Attach files.
