Looking for protected waters rent with furnished house

Hello people! I'm looking for a protected waters rental that comes with a big house, fully furnished.

I don't want to have to furnish and design, and I want a medium-big place, low lag, landscaped and ready to move in

Don't mind about prim allowance too much, but no less than 100 prims.

I like neighbors, I don't like solitude.

I used to rent with Landa Rentals, but they're closed now. I loved their places.
