Question

I'm freaking out and I don't know what to do. I submitted two tickets already but I need to know if I can fix this I'm so desperate. I'm hoping this is a temporary glitch or something but it's starting not to look like that. I updated my game and when I got back on, I noticed my AO wasn't working. I'm using the built in AO in the Firestorm viewer. I bought all the animations slowly over time and it was a lot of money saved. They are ALL gone. Along with all my animations in general. I noticed ALL my outfits are empty folders and so is over half my inventory. PLEASE help me. I can't afford to fix the damage. I hope I can get everything back. I don't know why this is happening.

Edit: I already reset all Caches and everything is STILL gone. I'm freaking out. Pls help.

If you see a notification in the viewer when you login that says "You cannot remove protected categories" you need to contact Linden Lab support to get your inventory fixed.

If you don't see that notification, try a cache clear first.  Most cases of missing inventory are caused by a broken local cache.
Preferences -> Network & Files -> Directories.
Click the "Clear Cache" button & relog & wait for your inventory to fully fetch.

If you still have missing inventory, test if your inventory is still missing on the Linden Lab viewer, which you can download here: Downloads | Second Life

If your inventory is only missing on Firestorm, then work your way through this wiki page: https://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_missing_inventory
If this does not help, then contact Firestorm support: https://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/getting_help

If your inventory is also missing on the Linden Lab viewer, then you need to contact Linden Lab support: https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/31000131009-contact-support

Don't worry, 99% of missing inventory problems can be fixed.
