may 3 & 4 bought items thru the marketplace, 6 multiple purchases, money was taken and not delivered

Go to your marketplace account > transaction history > check your items' status (queued for delivery or delivered).

If it says "delivered" and you didi not receive the items, you have to send a notecard to each seller with the transaction date and number and ask for re-delivery.

ETA: You should avoid multiple purchases at the same time as the more items you put in your cart, the more delivery failures are possible.

Hello Andrax. Open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> Take a copy of your last purchases --> Open your inventory --> click the small cross down there and choose New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.
