2 Ethan Paslong
could be several reasons, but first that (if we talk about the same numbers in search), those two things are not the same : the traffic is not a visitor count, but the time spend on your sim by visitors... ... according the official wiki ( if thats still right)the official traffic-count doesn't start before a avatar stayed around for a certain time. http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/About_Traffic Edited February 14, 2019 by Ethan Paslong

As Ethan said, it's a quality over quantity thing. This defeats the people that would cheat by having a bot that would pop in and out of their listed location and thus try to generate fake traffic. Traffic in search resets to zero every 24 hours at 2am SLT. Your greeter bot likely hasn't reset it's number since you started using it. Additionally as Ethan shows, Traffic is not visitors, but visitor*minutes. 550 could be one person there for 10 hours or it could mean 100 people in a day each spending 5 minutes tops.
