I do not want to receive an email every time I sell lindens. How do I change it?

I doubt that you can. Messages about your account are important enough that they are always sent, as far as I know.  Sort of like the receipt you get from a bank or an ATM when you change your account balance.  If you're trying to hide the transaction from someone else, you might just open a new gmail account and have your SL e-mail sent there.  That's what I have always done (although not for that reason).
