   I'm not sure, but I'd suggest you remove the store's name from your post. Whilst not outright naming & shaming, 'I can't get a refund from X' might be considered as a negative review - at which point it might be regarded as naming and shaming. In this case, the specific store is essentially irrelevant to your question, anyway.

   In response to your question though, I'd say you probably can't. Unless the other party has in any way used fraudulent behaviour or threats/extortion to get you to send them L$, LL don't seem awfully interested in getting involved with financial disputes (after all, resolving one can be just as intensive as a RL financial dispute - and the usual sums of L$ traded is not worth the effort). Accidentally double-purchasing a product (assuming it's copy), isn't that. I can't swear on it, however, and if you feel the amount of L$ involved is worth a shot, you could contact LL's support to inquire about it - worst you'll get is a no.
