Hi is there any other way to get refunds? because the store owner of beautiful dig power is no longer on secondlife and i brought double purchases of the items BDP Jessica and Jackets for Jessica

   I'm not sure, but I'd suggest you remove the store's name from your post. Whilst not outright naming & shaming, 'I can't get a refund from X' might be considered as a negative review - at which point it might be regarded as naming and shaming. In this case, the specific store is essentially irrelevant to your question, anyway.

   In response to your question though, I'd say you probably can't. Unless the other party has in any way used fraudulent behaviour or threats/extortion to get you to send them L$, LL don't seem awfully interested in getting involved with financial disputes (after all, resolving one can be just as intensive as a RL financial dispute - and the usual sums of L$ traded is not worth the effort). Accidentally double-purchasing a product (assuming it's copy), isn't that. I can't swear on it, however, and if you feel the amount of L$ involved is worth a shot, you could contact LL's support to inquire about it - worst you'll get is a no.

Afraid there is no other way to get a refund if the owner goes away. Linden Labs doesn't get involved in resident to resident disputes.

well seems i got to save up lindens doing both games linden realms, paleoquest, mayb one day the owner might return but i will for get about them and move on
