I accidentially hit a button in the advanced menu i think  now my screen is very large how do i go back to my normal screen?

CTRL + Alt + ENTER toggles the resolution your screen.   If I understand what you are asking, that's the solution you want.

What viewer are you using?

The viewer 2 full screen toggle in Advanced was removed many versions ago.

Anyway, CTRL+ALT+F1 still works in all versions as a full screen mode toggle so just press it and you'll be back to normal.

The only other thing I can think of is you hit the Mouselook button in Advanced > Shortcuts but if that's the case you've no doubt got out of that by now.

No. It actually toggles to a much lower screen resolution, but without toggling into or out of full screen. I have never seen any use for it, but I have tripped it accidentally myself a couple of times.
