The many perks of working alongside us!!

You have your own business, you are starting out, you have a knack for seeing and shooting beauty and angles or you are just really into wedding photography - WE WANT YOU!

One of the biggest wedding companies in Second Life is needing some amazing photographers to join our team. We want to provide our couples with as many choices we can to ensure their memories of their day is truly reflective of them. Whether you are zany, classic, romantic or vibrant (your photo style that is!), our clients want the chance to ask for you.

Perks of working with Serendipity Weddings include:

  • An appreciation of your style and editing - we know that taking images take time and effort and we appreciate the work that goes into your style. We ask our couples to choose their photographer which means, we are not going to ask you to change your style every wedding. We simply want to offer variety from some amazing artists.
  • We book the weddings - We are not going to ask you to pound the pavement in your classiest heels to find your own clients. You can certainly get involved on the sales floor, but we respect it if you do not. When we book the wedding, and if the client chooses you, you will get to choose whether you are available or not.
  • You make your own hours - We deal with a lot of time zones, so we respect yours. When staffing we ask you if you are available before we assign weddings to staff. If you cannot do it, we do not add you to a blacklist - we simply ask you next time for the next wedding or event.
  • You have your own business and clients - Great! You do great work and so you have every right to grow your own business while working with us. We are not going to ask you to give it all up to work with us. We only ask that you are not currently on the full time staff of another wedding company to ensure no drama in the future. You can still book your own freelance work as you have always done.
  • We pay a set fee per edited image - Some of the work you currently do it very detailed and amazing to look at. Wedding photos are mostly caught during various parts of the ceremony with some posed at the reception. This means while some editing will need to be done, you will most likely enjoy the challenges of wedding work during this step. You will be paid per edited image and with our packages being 5-20 photos generally, it all adds up!
  • You have a voice - Doing weddings takes a village so to speak. We handpick the people we work with to ensure a good fit so we appreciate a sense of humor a lot. During weddings we chat, share information and have a good professional time on Discord, which means you are not left hanging working independently and that there is always someone that can jump in and help organise should you need it.
  • We provide photo information for you - We ask the couple what kind of photos they want, what wind lights they like and you get to meet them to ensure you are happy with what is going to happen on the big day. You can be as involved as you like in the planning to ensure you are not left wondering what is happening.
  • We are professional, tight knit and pretty hilarious - at any given time there are people chatting and catching up on Discord - this includes management. You are not just joining a company, more the weird family you never really wanted!

Well, while this is not all the perks of joining our company, I have run out of ways to be witty for today...so why not apply today and come in for a chat with us. Quite literally, what have you got to lose? Hit the link and reach out, like they say on those buy one, get one infomercials....we are waiting for your call!
