Having trouble downloading

When we tried to download it says it cant because of us having a 64 bit. How do you get a 32 bit so we can download this game and play.

Your system should recognize SL as a 32-bit program and adjust automatically.  If it's not doing that, you can take care of it manually.  Find the EXE file for your Second Life viewer, right click on it and select Properties >> Compatability.  Check the box that says "Run this program in compatability mode for:" and select a pre-Windows 7 version.

ok i have done that and tried every version i could and it still pops up unsupported 16-bit application saying its not supporting the 64-bit no matter what version i hope someone can shed a lil light on this

16-bit?  What somputer do you have? Please post complete specs.
