I think quite a few people have already told you this, but just in case ....

This is a resident-to-resident forum.  You are not communicating with Linden  Lab when you post here.  You are talking to other residents, who cannot do a blessed thing with your account. If you need a password reset, submit a support case.  If you have a login problem, consult appropriate parts of the Knowledge Base , the Firestorm wiki , and previous threads of these forums.
