Measure conversions for fitting house on land

Recommended Posts

The smallest piece of land is 4x4m. So width and depth need to be a multiple of 4. Which leaves you with a minimum of 56x40m which is 2240sqm.

If I buy a house with the dimensions 54X39 m how many sqm of land do I need?

In addition to finding a large enough piece of land, you'll need to make sure the parcel has enough available LI (land impact) to cover the LI of the house and anything you want to put in it. The available LI for an empty 2240sqm parcel on different types of regions is:  Homestead: 171 LI, Mainland: 769 LI, Estate (standard): 683 LI, Estate (30K): 1025 LI

Check any parcel you're interested in by right-clicking on the land, selecting About Land, then going to the Objects tab and looking at the "Parcel land impact" value.

While you would need 56x40m(2240sqm) this is an odd size to find and leaves you with no garden. You would probably be best looking for a 64x64m parcel (4096sqm) which is a much more standard size and gives you more room outside your house.
