Private Homestead Terraforming

Is it possible to select the entire homestead all at once with some command keys? I want to get it completely level all at once then work on the sides. Thanks in advance for any and all assistance.

Not sure but if you set size and strength to maximum, you can level a full homestead very quickly, like in under a minute

select nothing, just right click the land/edit terrain, and pick the flatten function, than apply
 

note : if the sim is parceled this won't work. In that case you have to select the whole sim by dragging the cursor over it while the landtool is open.
