Unless your payment method expired (i.e., you forgot to update your credit card), a Premium membership does not expire. LL simply bills your payment method for another month, or quarter, or year, until you specifically tell them to stop.
If your card DID expire, you need to enter/update the information on it. Click Account/Billing Information on your Dashboard page.
If your account fell so far into arrears that LL deleted it, you'll have to submit a Support Case. Use Help/Support/Submit a Support Case, or https://lindenlab.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new You will have to pay any amounts you still owe, as well as a $10 reactivation fee.
