It doesn't require much technical skills usually - knowing how to add people to a group, eject people from a parcel and get on a dance ball covers the majority of the technical stuff. Aside of that, you're usually expected to be social and outgoing, greet patrons as they come, share information about the venue and keep a conversation going in local so that people don't get bored and move along. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
