How to make mesh hair for second life 2018

hello I need help I've been looking for help and I can't find any I want to make hair but I don't know how can someone help me please like the pic at the bottom

Hair is (in my opinion anyway) one of the most difficult things to make well.  Many people use the free 3D modeling program "Blender" to create mesh for SL.  If you use the search phrase "hair modeling blender" you'll find links to a number of tutorials.

The hair you are looking at consists of two parts...the braids, and a "hair base" tattoo.  The tattoo is responsible for the little spit curls and the hair that is tight to the skull.

Another type of hair is called "flexi" or "flex" hair.  This is an older technology, but in my opinion it often looks more realistic than mesh hair.  I managed to find a link for some tutorials on this older style: http://savoirhair.blogspot.com/2007/03/but-i-want-to-make-my-own-hair.html
