Not receiving Password reset code

Question

Changed my password and now cannot remember it. But when I ask for a reset code, although it says it was sent,  I never receive it

Check first of all to see if it is caught in your spam filter.  That happens occasionally to messages that I get from Linden Lab.  If it's not there, begin to suspect that they are sending the reset message to an old (or incorrect) e-mail address.  Look at the contact information that you provided on your dashboard (secondlife.com) to see what address they are sending to, or to update it if that address is no longer valid.  If all else fails, open a new support case to explain the problem and ask for further guidance.

I physically had to change mine to gmail just because I would never get the reset emails.   I have no idea WHY yahoo's mail system believes emails from SL are spam.
