Avatar Issue

I just returned to SL after a number of years and after I logged in I was greated with a message that my clothes were still downloading (I look ruthed) and then after clicking OK another message that the outfit folder contains no clothing, body parts or attachments.  Inventory -> Worn shows I am wearing stuff but I cannot remove it, or add to it, etc.  HELP!  LOL!

Thanks for any insight on what I need to do.

So I have tried to go into developer menu and use the test female avatar, got rid of everything and was able to now wear clothing, etc. However, my avie is grey. I switched skins, etc. I can wear a full alpha texture but the gray bleeds through everyone. The only thing I can find that may be causing this is that for some reason I have two (2) "Current Outfit" folders and can't delete either one. One is being used but I can't help think that the other is screwing things up.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this and get rid of the duplicate folder?

PS: I have an old second avatar I never used and I threw some Altamura mesh and clothes on her and this doesn't happen so I know it's not a network issue.

Yep, that's exactly what's causing the problem.
You basically have a case of SUN-99 - I can't give you the link to that JIRA issue because all the SUN issues have poofed for some reason  😞

File a support ticket with Linden Lab & tell them you can't bake because you have 2 COFs & they will know what to do.
