Nobody sends you a viewer.  You go to the sl website and download one https://secondlife.com .  Theres a big link on the right of that page that says download viewer

If you are having problems it is best to keep to one thread.  Do not use capitals and clearly state the problem you are having.  You keep posting under the name Justme8887m  then saying your name is JustDeb777.  Try logging in with the JustDeb name and not the Justme name because things are very confusing for us residents trying to help.  Just shouting out your name all the time is not going to help.

Ok, guessing the OP is having trouble with a proxy server, but I'm not adding anything else as she never responds to people trying to help, just bangs on about her fight with LL.
