Login not completing

The logon screen goes about 2/3 in. Can hear sounds and other scan see the avatar. But login does not actually complete so cannot  do anything.

Is the login screen sticking at "Loading World..."?

Do you have Intel HD 620/630 graphics?
From the login screen go to Help -> About Second Life (Viewer name on a TPV).
Click the "Copy to clipboard" button & paste your system information here.

It may be this Intel driver bug: BUG-225655 - Viewer freezes while "Loading world..." - Intel HD 620 / Intel HD 630, Windows 10.

The only work around so far is to roll back your Intel graphics driver to 24.20.100.6025

Thanks for this information - that could be it. There was a recent upgrade performed (not my computer) but this does have Intel 620 so sounds like the issue. Will test and post the results.
