I am told that if someone is trying to find out Real Life information from me. Like trying to get me to prove who I am. That is it a violation of TOS? Who can I talk to see if what happened to me is just harassment or TOS violation?

File an abuse report under harassment.  Better yet just block the person involved.

To be clear HARASSMENT is against the TOS. Just asking once is not. So you need to understand the difference and decide if this is an abuse report issue or not.

You are not obliged to tell anyone the details about your RL, so don't.  According to the TOS, it is a violation to share information about any resident that is not public:

"Sharing personal information about other users, either directly or indirectly, without their consent—including, but not limited to, gender, religion, age, marital status, race, sexual orientation, alternate account names (including account statuses, such as whether it is on hold, suspended, or active), and real-world location beyond what is provided by them in their user profile—is not allowed. "

but it is not a violation to ask about those details.  Therefore, if you want to keep them private, just refuse to say any more than you want to.  If a person persists, that becomes potential harrassment, at which point you can submit an Abuse Report.
