Garnet Psaltery
I've raised a ticket concerning a billing problem but want to mention it here in case others come up against it today. I attempted to exchange L$10,000 on the market at 251-1 and the linden dollars left my account - transactions show this occurred - but I then got an error message saying the transfer could not complete (or words to that effect - I was so taken aback I left the page to check my account). No USD exchange took place, or if it did it has not appeared as such in my USD account nor has the been a change in my USD balance.
Richardus Raymaker
Check if your linden dollars are back. it can sometimes have a little delay before things are processed.

Garnet Psaltery
It seems someone came in and manually fixed it. 7 hours after the event but it was overnight and this must have been first thing in the morning for them, so thank you, whoever did it. Callum Meriman
If you are selling at 251 at this time there is a 7 to 8 hour delay. I normally count on 3 hours per million. You would need to sell at 252 to get it inside 10 minutes or so. The error message "transfer could not complete" is weirdly worded at best, I've noticed that when you sell at your linden balance isn't zeroed immediately. If you try to repeat it, you see that message. Edited December 13, 2018 by Callum Meriman
Garnet Psaltery
Thanks for the insight, @Callum Meriman, that must have been what happened. I've never seen that message before or since.
