Help. My avatar is stuck on being zoomed in way above my head

I don't know how this happened, I was just walking around and all of a sudden the zoom went crazy on me and zoomed in so far that I can't even see my avatar, the camera is way above where my head is so I can't even see where I am going now when I walk. It is showing being zoomed all the way in on my camera control and when I try to zoom out, it just zooms really far out and won't go to how I should be seeing myself at all. I try hitting escape a few times to see if that will reset it and that just brings me back to being really zoomed in. I am not sure how else to reset my camera view, does anyone else know what I can do?

Nevermind, lol, I figured it out. Shift-escape.
