thats a bit premature, it's very simple to check if the mistake isn't made at the buyers side. This type is mostly thinking to do a instant buy, but doing a limit buy instead with a wrong exchange rate.

If there are no open ór refused orders, check the balance at the account page, and if it's not there yet, than it's time to create a support ticket.

You probably used the "Best Rate" option.  Your money will be held in escrow until the exchange rate matches the rate you offered.  Depending on the rate, this could be a long time.  You can cancel the order in LindEx/Manage/My Orders.  Then place a new order using the Instant Buy option.
