i am trying to set up rlv in inventory but i deleted it months ago. how do i re install it

All you need, for RLV/RLVa, in inventory, is a folder called "#RLV"" in the root of your inventory.

Then once that's made, if you use an RLV/RLVa enabled viewer, RLV/RLVa attachments can access subfolders in #RLV, for wearing or unwearing via the menus.

did you mean reinstall rlv itself as in the viewer? or just the folder in your inventory? if its the viewer you would need to download and install an rlv enabled viewer. if its the folder do as either Nalates or Klytyna said.
