Landholding without having a land???! I have a basic account

I got this in my billing information:

Recurring Mainland Fees (up to 1024 meters): $7

But I DO NOT OWN land and I ain't premium member. How can it be?

I want a refund Linden Lab! Paypal is not helping me.

Linden Lab is not going to hear you here.  This is a resident-to-resident forum. Lindens occasionally drop by, but even when they do, they will tell you that the proper way to bring a issue to their attention is to submit a well-documented support case.

if i remember well this isn't the first time this happens, didn't we something like this some months ago?

however premium one of my friends accounts also has something strange... have a look at the date ( pic taken 15 secs ago)

perhaps billing has a bug somewhere...

Linda, please follow Rolig's advice and submit a support case.

In the meantime, if you want to keep any further charges from occurring, you could delete PayPal as your payment method.  Then LL won't be able to charge it.  Of course, this also means you won't be able to buy $L, so hopefully the issue will get resolved soon.

I "submit a ticket" for support, but nothing yet after 4 days. At least it seems I ain't the only.

It's a holiday weekend.  Most Lindens have had time off to be with family for Thanksgiving since they went home after work last Wednesday.  😉
