we all seen the porn on the net. is okay to use some adult picture as art . My question is that is allow for us to take picture from random free porn site and turning it into art 

I am thinking of doing Panel art with adult background picture. 

 

also while here i like to  know if okay for me to grab wallpaper and turn them into panel art

as a general rule, is not a good idea to pull randomly from search engines like google, bing, duck,  etc

there are a number of image and texture web sites which you can access and read the Terms set by the artist/photographer. Many of who allow us to use their work in any way that we choose. So always best to use those works where the terms explicitly say so

The short answer is NO. If you want to make "art", then take photographs in an adult sim and turn those into "art". I suspect that you can find many folks willing to participate == AND you would be legal both virtually and RL.

It is not exclusively one or the other - but this idea of course raises the questions of copyright issues.

um, Flickr? Search for whatever you want and then choose "license" from the filters to limit your search to only those that allow for at least "reuse, modification and commercial use" (the last if you want to sell them). You will likely find loads of not very good images, but at least you can do what you want with them. Will the result be art? Maybe, maybe not.

Yeah I know it can be done and I would like to see or at least hear about the idea OP has in mind. It would be great if, instead of real life photos, they used SL porn photos.

If memory serves, U.S. laws against “pornography” were overturned because of successful arguments that it was “art”. That being said: I was a bit shocked by Robert Mapplethorpe’s art photos when I saw them in person at the Guggenheim. (“So THAT’s what the conservatives were complaining about. HOT!”)

Its one reasons I can really love conservatives, its like an automatic weather-vein map tool thingy, simply progress gayly forward in the opposing direction!  ..usually... on occasion they can spot a real stinker early on. lol
