0 Peewee Musytari Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 Hi Keesha, Do you mean that your inworld balance is not showing the correct balance (does not match your account on the website)? If so, that is very common and is not actually a problem, so long as your balance is correct on the website. On some viewers you can simply click your inworld balance and it will reset, you can also use Ctrl Alt B on any viewer & there are a whole range of "fixes" that people will suggest to make it show the right amount, such as getting someone to pay you 1L, changin your active group tag, relogging etc. If your problem is that you have bought L$ and the money has been charged but you don`t have you L$, then first check on your Account Summary or Account History to see if you now have a US$ balance showing on your account. If so then you just need to go to https://secondlife.com/my/lindex/buy.php and buy the L$ again and LL will use the credit on your account to pay for them instead of charging you again.
