Looking for Volunteers to participate in Art School and Book Reading Club

Recommended Posts

Willow Grove Art Center (WGAC) - a not for profit organization - will soon be opening its doors to an Art School and education center on December 1st, 2018. The expression and application of creative skill is the essence of Second Life. Along with it, we are also going to have Story Time for kids and a Book Reading Club for grownups with Open Mic Nights for everyone!

The aim is to build a community for family-friendly roleplay and cater to different age groups from children to adults and everyone in between! WGAC is a place where people can come together to teach, hold talk shows on various topics like Building, Photography, Djing, Art, blogging, live performances, etc just like in real life.

In Book Reading Club, the members can choose a book to either read, discuss or present one. During Open Mic Nights, people can sing songs, read poetry, crack jokes. The floor is yours!

We are inviting all Second Life residents from different time zones and different languages to volunteer in these amazing community events. You can be a teacher, student, story time book reader for kids, book club facilitator, open mic facilitator or a participating member. All help is most welcome. We will provide class supplies, materials, and projects to enhance a more realistic and engaging roleplay.

To Volunteer please fill in the form https://goo.gl/forms/aH7BUOdXItxvp1kA2 .

If you know to roleplay in a family atmosphere; it is a huge plus.

Welcome to Willow Grove Art Center. Let’s build a strong bond between communities.

If you are interested to teach, teachers do take home 80% of tips. And the range of subjects in teaching can be, creative writing for magazines, SL Journalism, photography, texturing, creating. How to emote etc. If you have the talent you can share it with others too! Please fill in the form.

in the first post ( btw also one in a wrong section, education isn't for RP ) you talk about RP community but now in the push up replies thats gone? Putting RP in wrong sections won't bring a lot of response.

If you seek for employees you need to be in the employee section, not in Education, nor in Wanted.

If you want to talk about your RP you need to be in the RP section.
