Kyle Brynner 1
I got this error too with the new viewer 2.6.3. Until LL fixes that, there's a workaround : add the following additional DNS servers to your DNS settings : 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.

Kaithan DaSilva 0
I'm having this problem with the newest viewer for Mac, and it won't let me use my old version to log in, it tries but tells me to download the newer one. I'm not sure how to use those instructions or DNS settings to fix things on a Mac.
Kyle Brynner 1
Hello, Kaithan From the Dock or your Applications folder, double-click the System Preferences icon. Click the Network icon then the Advanced button. Choose the DNS tab. Click on the Add button under the DNS servers window then enter the first adresse. Click the Add button again for the second adresse. It works for me. I hope this will be the same for you.

Ivory Rexen 0
This is not working for me. I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. ETA: I switched to Basic mode and now I'm in, finally! Thanks for the tip. ETA (again): I switched to Advanced mode and login was successful. I think I just needed to restart the viewer.
