Question

Hey all.

When I try to view my Marketplace favorites in my viewer's internal browser (Firestorm 5.1.7), they show up fine.  But when I try to view them externally in Firefox, I get this error page instead: https://i.gyazo.com/aefe1d123271f5de2a2fb31549482404.png

So sorry to keep you waiting. We'll be right back!

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.

The rest of the Marketplace seems to work fine.  My browser is Firefox 63.0.1 running on Windows 7 Home Premium SP1.  I'm not sure if the problem is my browser, or on LL's end, or both.  If anyone has an idea, please let me know.

EDIT: The problem only started in the last day or two.  I'm not sure if it's MP not liking FF 63, or something in my browser's settings.  I did check my cookie and tracking protection settings (didn't make a difference), logged out of secondlife.com and back in (no difference), and logged in with my browser addons disabled (no difference).

@Lindal Kidd: Yes, I just tried it now in (ugh) IE; it works there.  (I don't have Chrome on my PC.)  Still no problems in my viewer's internal browser.

@Whirly Fizzle: Thanks.  I hate to wipe everything, since I have browser history I'd rather not lose.  But I may try it if it gets annoying enough. ?

EDIT: Using the filtered links from the JIRA page seems to have fixed it for the moment.  Yay - now I can get to my favorites pages again!  (Let's see if it holds after I close my browser.)

And those links with filter parameters seem to have solved it! :D   The regular URL without the parameters is no longer giving me that error; the parameters seem to have given it the kick in the pants that it needed.  I'll have to remember that JIRA if it happens again.

EDIT: Adding the URLs...
