Tabris Daxter
Hey all,in the MLP system is there a Link Message or Chat Message that can be send from a prim (static channel) to STOP or START the system.I'm going to be using MLP furniture in a holodeck and want to remove the balls before changing scene and/or begin bootup on scene rez. Qie Niangao
I haven't looked at the MLP source for a long time, but it's BSD-licensed, so even if there's no such message built-in, it would be possible to craft it. For this particular application, however, it may be preferable to convert to nPose and do away with the poseballs altogether.
Tabris Daxter
I considered that but most of the furniture I have already is MLP or XPose. Also the paraphrase Obi Wan "MLP is a more elegant solution from a more civilized time"
arton Rotaru
I haven't looked into MLP for a long time, too. But what I would do first is, open the script in the poseball, look at what channel it is listening, and lookout where the llDie() function is called, to get the chat command the original MLP main script is using.
