CLUB SWAAAG HIRING HOST MANAGER (PAID)

CLUB SWAAAG IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A EXPERIENCED HOST MANAGER. THIS IS A PAID POSITION. 

- Must have time to be on SL to work in the club. If you have a busy RL please do not apply.

- Must know how to Host and be able to train others how to Host. Not just throw out Gestures, I mean Hosting and talking

- Must be able to manage one 2 hour set every day except sundays

- Must know how to send out notices & group tags. You will have to demonstrate you can do this.

- Club is open 10am - 8pm - not asking you be online 24/7 , but am asking that you on to help out at the club & be available for the Host

- There will be a one week trial in which you will get half pay. If hired after trial, you will begin getting full pay.

- Accounts less than a year old will need to confirm a account that is a year or more old. If less than a year old do not apply.

- Must provide one reference of someone who you have worked with or a manager or owner from another club you have worked at.

- Must spam everyday for new staff

- Must spam in event groups during the 2 hours that you manage

- Must be willing to fill-in as a host when one can't be found sometimes

- Communication is key - going MIA for more then one day without telling owners, will get you a notecard and termination.

- Please do not waste our time, If you know you not interested then don't apply. If you know you not going to do the work please don't apply

Well I got a bad experience you guys so I would suggest nobody to apply to this place I was ignored and kicked for asking a question

Please don't tell lies, nobody kicked you for asking a question. We are very laid back people here and most Cases I am always at the club, in fact the owner is there now. So if you would like to apply we would be happy to interview you, but one of our requirements is that you 30 days old, and seeing that you are only 3 weeks, you would not qualify at this time. So please dont try and start drama. Feel free to contact Ghostmagicc or Gerald Parkes, they are the owners. If you had a issue with one of the managers, then please take it to the owners and get it resolved rather then come post lies and BS here in the forum. Thank you and have a great day

Now that we know..gentle suggestion that if you post your job requirements publicly, choosing wording besides “Spam” may reflect better on your business.

I never did I PM the manager whoever was on but then was ejected for no reason
