Mesh heads on the budget

Hello,

 

Returning player here who has found a mesh body under 500  but can't find a head too. What would be the cheapest new mesh head possible?

In my attempt to find some I found some 1L "mesh heads" that claim to be Bento or Rosie but look horrible.

Which brand is the body? some brands also do mesh heads or they offer a complete body with head that you may or may not be able to remove

If you're not too picky, you can pick up a complete mesh avatar (head and body) for nothing or next to nothing.

If you want a fully-adjustable Bento mesh head, that is going to set you back at least L$500, and more likely L$5,000. Here are two female Bento head options I found for L$500:

Pretty much, yes, but there's always exceptions.

Today's group message says there is an inworld hunt for 'fullbody full version bento' items (one male & one female) and they will be discounted if you have the group tag on (group costs L$25 and is needed to get the gift heads also).  I've not gotten over there yet, so I don't know what the discounted amount is.

Thanks for the tip. However the vendor works very differently than the typical altamura gifts so putting that info in here. Eventually I wrote to the group helpers and they explained.

Here's the deal.

You need to choose BUY (not deliver which is typical at altamura for gifts) and then choose Lindens. By then I am getting a little worried as I really HATE vendors ^^. THEN you right click and buy and WITH YOUR TAG ON --- you can choose 1 linden instead of $5.000 (oh my). The vendor SAYS it is 4998 or whatever and there is no gift sign. 

Appreciate the tip. I have some guy friends that need meshiness. 

 

Adding more as there were lots of new confusing things (my gal alt has a altamura body so not new.  The altamura Omega kit seems to be gone from the Marketplace for whatever reason. Official link from Omega Solutions goes nowhere and I looked through and search listings and others did also == to no avail :D. BUT the landing point is FAR away from the MOVED and NEW looking store ^^ so follow the coordinates or your red arrow to find it.   

THEN you need to wear the CLOTHING LAYER HUD (not the regular one of previous times) in order to install the relay. THEN things work. WHEW!!!!

It is a wine night for sure, but my new guy body looks much better than the old one so that's a plus.

Wanted to post a couple of shots of Romeo that I took. I am mightily impressed. The head sliders seem to move more than in many heads so it is easy to get a very different look if you so desire. All free in the photos but the MEVA pants (actually a demo LOL but really good looking).  That is one damn good looking dude!

Wanted to add to this thread that if your avatar needs Omega hair bases, there are some excellent ones at EMO-tions as a group gift (free group).  These are the ones I use all the time as there is one for the OLD Lelutka :D.  Some Omega skins only come with hair bases and those may not be the color you need.  So that's my tip.  I have three guys updated (whew) and all pretty much for free. I am so glad I am a gal. Males have it rough for shopping.

Fiore is now selling her old static mesh heads for 0L and her Alura bento head (which is no longer being supported) for 500L. 

The Alura has a very nice appearance, but it can be a little glitchy.

So, yeah...just to add to the freebie head list. There you go.

Take a look at the dev kit (free next to it), it sure as hell is not SLUV compatible - and thus neither Omega or BoM compatible either

I checked and the hairbase is omega compatible. I knew it was something omega.

Also the skins are discounted at 99L.
