Premium Account Lot Increase

I know that current premium accounts are allowed to update after payment with the new allotment. I do not know how to go to a bigger lot size i have never seen posted anywhere how to change to a bigger lot from my current LL lot.

Could someone explain this to me so I can make the change for my larger LL home and lot.

Also, I can not find where I can get live chat as offered to premium accounts.

no, it's simply included in the premium, nothing has to update

as the new 1024 plots are not available yet ( it's on the way) you can buy next to your Linden Home a additional 512 parcel at the mainland, or abandone the Linden Home and buy a 1024 parcel at the mainland. The new 1024 is same as the512 not available at privat sims.
