LL toke region offline, how do we (the tenants) get our stuff back if we cant reach the region?

Good Question.

I would think that Items would be auto returned at some point. Not a desirable method.

The Region may be Offline for technical reasons. If it is Offline for payments reasons that would present a few issues.

You could consider filing a Ticket for Support. In my opinion, 24-48 hour wait time for a response is a reasonable courtesy to extend to individuals whom I have contracted with.
