Issue trying to log in to sl

the past 5 minutes I have been trying to log into SL on firestorm and it keeps saying logging in but acts like it freezes but it    is not froze it just wont let me log in is there any reason for this? if not is there a fix?

Yup.  SL is broken at the moment.  The best solution right now is to do the Sunday crossword puzzle, take the dog for a long walk, maybe rake the leaves you've been putting off, and call your Mother.   Linden Lab doesn't like these down periods any more than you do, especially on a weekend.  They'll fix it as fast as they can.

Oh, and as usual, always check the Grid Status Blog.....
