without adding anything extra like a new power supply then a NVidia 1050TI would be about the best you can do I think. 1060+ is recommended to need 400W power supply, and I think you only have 300W in that computer

i have a 1050TI in a 6 yr old computer and it drives my Samsung 2k (2560 x 1440) curved monitor pretty ok in SL. Ok meaning about 24FPS with shadows on. 60+ FPS when not crowded and no shadows

Open it up, if you have one these (pic attached) 6 pin pcie power cables, 3 or 6gb GTX 1060. The 300w power supply will handle it fine, make sure you get a shorter model because the case is a bit tight.

if you don't have that pcie power cable, 1050ti, AMD RX 560/460 (some models do need a 6 pin, check first).
