I agree with Cinn, its been that way for the almost 5 years that I know of too, you must be mistaken about it being different last year.

You can try calling the free Billing number to ask if LL even have the records you want or if they will let you have them for a fee, but I have seen several people ask about this and I have never seen one say that they actually got them.
